TwinLight Fractional Rejuvenation

TwinLight Fractional Rejuvenation is a simple 3-step procedure optimized to significantly improve skin smoothness and give it a fresher, healthier look. It is a gentler alternative for treating fine lines and wrinkles with minimal downtime and clean natural results. Using fractional light to rejuvenate the skin can produce an effect that is perfectly graded to your patient’s expectations, and offers a degree of control and efficacy that allows for highly precise sculpting of the skin. Treatments can extend from light touch-ups to deep collagen remodeling, ideal for patients who want drastic rejuvenation effects, but are not inclined towards aggressive surgical or chemical alternatives.

Laser Hyperhidrosis Treatment

Laser axillary hyperhidrosis treatmentis a safe, minimally invasive, effective solution for permanently destroying sweat glands.

The treatment is performed with a 1064nnm Nd:YAG laser. Laser treatments are among the least invasive of all surgical techniques; scarring and patient immobilization are not a concern.

Laser Removal of Pigmented Lesions

Lasers are a simple, fast, effective and safe tool for removing a wide variety of benign pigmented lesions, such as freckles, age spots, birthmarks, moles, certain vascular lesions, ephelides, melasma, seborrheic and actinic keratoses.

SmoothEye

SmoothEye is a new and exciting non-ablative Fotona SMOOTH mode treatment for tightening of the periocular region and reducing the appearance of periorbital wrinkles. SmoothEye significantly tightens loose and aging skin of the eyelids and periocular region with little-to-no downtime and maximum patient comfort, making this a very sought after non-invasive cosmetic procedure.

After a few treatment sessions, the result is improved skin elasticity, overall structure, and volume with significant wrinkle reduction.

Chemical Peels

The procedure known as chemical peeling (or chemexfoliation to give it its proper name) involves the application of a chemical solution to the surface of the skin to produce the careful removal of its outer layers. The amount of skin removed will depend on the type of chemical used, the strength of this product and how long it is left on the skin. Chemical peels are usually described according to how deep they work on the skin. Below are some examples of the type of peels and the kind of language you can expect to hear used when discussing chemical peels.

Medical Skin Needling

Medical Skin Needling, also referred to as Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT) and Micro-Needling, is considered to be a relatively new concept within the plethora of aesthetic treatment options available for skin rejuvenation. Like many of the other treatments available it is aimed at stimulating the body’s own collagen production to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, stretch marks, skin laxity and scarring such as that caused by acne or chicken pox. It has also been successfully applied to the indication of hair restoration in cases of alopecia.

This is achieved by introducing a series of fine, sharp needles into the skin following the administration of a topical local anaesthetic, in the case of medical grade devices, to reduce discomfort.

Varicose Veins and Spider Veins

Varicose (VAR-i-kos) veins are enlarged veins that can be blue, red, or flesh-colored. They often look like cords and appear twisted and bulging. They can be swollen and raised above the surface of the skin. Varicose veins are often found on the thighs, backs of the calves, or the inside of the leg. During pregnancy, varicose veins can form around the vagina and buttocks.

Spider veins are like varicose veins but smaller. They also are closer to the surface of the skin than varicose veins. Often, they are red or blue. They can look like tree branches or spiderwebs with their short, jagged lines. They can be found on the legs and face and can cover either a very small or very large area of skin.

The doctor may recommend lifestyle changes if your varicose veins don’t cause many symptoms. If symptoms are more severe, your doctor may recommend medical treatments. Some treatment options include:

  • Compression stockings
  • Sclerotherapy
  • Surface laser treatments
  • Endovenous techniques (radiofrequency and laser)
  • Surgery
